Azuki leads with a significant sales spike, outperforming other NFT collections in daily transactions.
Azuki, an Ethereum-based platform, dominated Tuesday’s non-fungible token (NFT) sales, raking in a staggering $1.13 million.
This surge propelled Azuki’s total sales volume to approximately $1.12 billion, securing its position as the eighth-largest collection in the market.
On Tuesday, Azuki stood out as the sole collection to surpass the $1 million sales mark, amid an overall market dip of nearly $2 million, the sharpest decline since April 12, as per CryptoSlam data.
Following Azuki, DMarket, representing in-game items on the Mythos network, claimed the second-highest spot with sales nearing $887,880.
Meanwhile, Avalanche-based Dokyo clinched third place in daily sales, amassing $716,860 from 948 transactions.
Other noteworthy collections included Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and CryptoPunks, each boasting just over $500,000 in sales.
Daily rankings witnessed new entries and significant shifts, with the likes of Bitcoin-based $WZRD BRC-20 NFTs closing its most successful month ever with $36 million in sales.
Although the recent launch of Runes on halving day spurred sales of Bitcoin-based projects, its monthly sales volume of $598 million fell short of March’s $622 million.
Ethereum NFTs, with $241.5 million sold in April, experienced their weakest monthly performance since last October.
