Fansland is revolutionizing the live event experience with the introduction of an NFT ticketing system for its upcoming major music festival in Bangkok, scheduled for May 4 to 5.

Following a successful $10 million funding round led by IME, Linear Capital, and Falablock, the fan-focused blockchain ecosystem is gearing up to host the Fansland Festival at the prestigious IMPACT Arena—one of Thailand’s premier indoor concert venues.

Anticipating a turnout of around 40,000 attendees, the festival promises two days filled with electrifying performances by renowned artists including PSY (of “Gangnam Style” fame), Edison Chen, Henry Lau, and Chuang Asia, among others.

Tickets for the event, priced at 6,000 Thai baht ($167.25) each, are now available for purchase on Trip.com. Upon purchase, these tickets can be transformed into NFTs on Fansland, unlocking a multitude of benefits.

Each NFT ticket not only grants entry but also becomes a tradable asset on secondary markets, presenting opportunities for financial gain. Furthermore, they offer access to Fansland’s DeFi ecosystem, enabling attendees to participate in platform governance for future endeavors.

Event attendees will be immersed in various web3 initiatives, including the ability to buy exclusive festival souvenirs, artist memorabilia, gourmet food, and drinks using cryptocurrency.

Aligned with Thailand’s emergence as a crypto hub, the event draws global attention for its regulatory support and infrastructure readiness.

As Bangkok prepares to host the Fansland Festival, excitement builds for a convergence of cutting-edge technology and live entertainment.
